Thank you parents and players for making the Park City Extreme Tournament a success.
The positives gained from this tournament are numerous.
Here are some highlights that need to be pointed out.
1. “TEAM” = Together everyone achieves more: This tournament brought out the best of our “team” There was unselfish play at every position that contributed to our success. There was maximum effort by everyone. The players really pulled together and executed the game plans that we gave them.
2. Inspiring: It was inspiring to watch them work together and play smart.
3. Champions: You are champions. It is hard to end a game in a shoot out. It can go either way. Thank you Hayden for stepping up and playing goalie for an injured Conner. The players are winners despite the PK results. They gave it their all and nothing was left. Houston could barely walk, many were dehydrated, all were exhausted. You played like champions the entire tournament. You walked like champions. You acted like champions. You are champions!
Thank you, Thank you, Thank you, Thank you for your hard work. It paid off. Players tell your parents “I love Fartlek” and then explain why.
